Principle 

After filtration and heating, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is spun into a very fine spray liquid through the high speed centrifugal sprayer at the top of the tower. The material can be dried into the final product through a short time of contact with hot air. The final product will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas will be discharged directly from the blower or after treatment.

Features

The LPG series high-speed centrifugal spray dryer consists of liquid delivery, air filtration and heating, liquid atomization, drying chamber, exhaust and material collection, control system, etc. the characteristics of each system are as follows:

1. The liquid conveying system is composed of liquid storage mixing tank, magnetic filter and pump to ensure the smooth entry of liquid into the atomizer.

2. Air filtration system and heating system
Before entering the heater, the fresh air shall pass through the front and rear filters, and then enter the heater for heating. Heating methods include electric heater, steam radiator, gas stove, etc. Which method to choose depends on the customer's site conditions. In order to ensure that the drying medium enters the drying chamber with high purity, the heated air can pass through the high-efficiency filter before entering the drying chamber.

3. Atomization system
The atomization system is composed of high-speed centrifugal atomizer with frequency converter.
The powder from the high-speed centrifugal atomizer is between 30-150 microns.

4. Drying room system
The drying chamber is composed of volute, hot air distributor, main tower and related accessories.
Spiral shell and hot air distributor: the spiral shell and hot air distributor at the air inlet on the top of the tower can adjust the rotation angle of the air flow according to the specific situation, effectively guide the air flow in the tower and avoid material sticking to the wall. There is a position for installing the atomizer in the middle.
Drying tower: the inner wall is sus mirror panel, which is welded by arc welding. The insulating material is rock wool.
The tower is provided with manhole and observation hole to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the tower. For the tower body, the circular arc joint is adopted, and the dead angle is reduced; Sealed.
The main tower is equipped with an air hammer, which is controlled by pulse and hits the main drying tower in time to avoid dust sticking to the wall

5. Exhaust and product collection system
There are several types of material collection systems. Such as cyclone dust collector, cyclone + bag dust collector, bag dust collector, cyclone + water washer, etc. This method depends on the material properties themselves. For the outlet air filtration system, we can provide filters on request.

6. Control system
HMI + PLC, each parameter can be displayed on the screen. Each parameter can be easily controlled and recorded. PLC adopts international first-line brand.

Characteristics Of Centrifugal Spray Nebulizer

1. The atomization drying speed of the material liquid is fast, and the surface area of the material increases greatly. In the hot air flow, 92% - 99% of the water can evaporate instantly. The drying takes only a few seconds. This is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.

2. The final product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility. The final product has high purity and good quality.

3. Simple production process and convenient operation and control. Liquids with a water content of 45-65% (for special materials, the water content may be as high as 95%). It can be dried into powder or granular products at one time.
